Thank you for shopping with Teddywear & Co. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
1.Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Germany and countries within the European Union. If you are unsure whether shipping is available to your location, please contact us at service@teddywear.co before placing your order.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed only after full payment has been received. Standard (non-customised) items are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Customised or individually printed items may require additional processing time due to production. Processing time does not include shipping time.
3. Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping provider. Estimated delivery times are approximately 5–10 business days within Germany and 7–14 business days for EU countries. These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, public holidays, or increased shipping volumes.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before the order is completed. Shipping costs depend on the destination country as well as the size and weight of the package.
5. Shipment Tracking
Orders are shipped with tracking. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply. Any additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Delivery Issues
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Teddywear & Co cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at service@teddywear.co with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue. Such cases will be handled in accordance with statutory consumer and warranty rights.
