Before placing an order, customers are strongly advised to carefully review product measurements, sizing information, and washing/care instructions provided on the product page.

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with statutory consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

  • unused and unworn

  • in their original condition

  • returned with all original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
A return shipping label will not be provided.

3. Exclusion of Customised or Personalised Products

Customised or personalised products are excluded from returns and refunds, as these items are made according to individual customer specifications.

This exclusion does not apply if the product is defective or incorrectly produced.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with statutory requirements.
